Remember how I said I was going to start working on learning (re-learning) about Runes. I had started down this path years ago and I was fairly certain what I had learned then I had forgotten. Over the past month I’ve been reading and researching and have finally come up with a very, very, very condensed version of the runes. I’m not saying that this is the end all be all list, but it’s what I’ve come up with as a jumping off point for my own learning.

First, I just have to say how freaking gorgeous was that moon last night?  It turned a deep blood red and around the edges it was a bright turquoise.  It was really cool and exciting to watch, I’m glad that I had a group of witches to share it with.  And how appropriate was last night, with it being called the Lunar Grove and all?  Thoroughly awesome.  *nods*

E. wrote the ritual and it packed a lot into it.  E. cast Circle, which I thought was appropriate.  She opened it up to the group, but I would like to be in a few more group ritual before tackling it myself.  I only say that because I’m not familiar with all the parts or the order that things are done in.  I need to ask her about the blade kissing, because while it’s kind of neat I don’t fully understand it’s purpose.
